Flavor	When I wanted to add a second Hot Sauce to the line I couldn’t decide if I wanted to make it a sweet sauce or a hot habanero sauce. The only sensible thing to do of course, was both. The sweetness of the Pineapples and Honey wouldn’t be complete without some tasty Habaneros to follow up. There’s plenty of heat in this sauce. I entered it in the Cajun Hot Sauce contest in
Best Used On	I love to use the Pineapple Honey Hot Sauce on fish and shrimp. It’s really a very delicious sauce that’s good on everything and I’ve got some customers that told me it’s their favorite salad dressings. You have to try it on a cracker with cream cheese and make sure you make my Cali Ente Jello Shots you can find in Hal’s Kitchen.
